This is the strangest problems I have ever seen with a router. My parents have a belkin router at their house. Anytime I try to download anything the download will run for about 5 seconds, then time out. It will start downloading again if you pause and resume the download, but it times out again 5 seconds later. This happens on my laptop and on the desktop hooked directly to the router. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this or how to fix it?
