iPhone phone does not work after upgrade

i upgraded my iPhone to ver 2.2. My phone now does not allow me to dial or use any other button like call, contacts, end call etc. I can make a call from contacts and I can receive a call. Please help...

Are you jailbroken? Try uninstalling Kate. if not, restore again.
