One day upgrade from Parallels to VMware

I use Parallels v4 and it has given me no problems but right now for one day only VMware is offering a great deal. I can get it for $10 My question is, is it worth it :confused:

If you've used Parallels with no problems then why would you need to change?? Save your $10, we're in crisis here! ;)
