If so, do you know how to make a photograph look Vintage?

I doubt you'll find anybody here who uses Paint Shop Pro (although I've been wrong before), but the basic concepts are the same between different programs. The real question is, what do you mean by "vintage"? Daguerrotype? Sepia? Black and White? Polariod? Faded color print?

Hmm, very old looking, and exposure spots.

It's kind of hard to explain.

You'll probably find it a worthwhile exercise to figure out how to put it into words. I've found that the ability to articulate in finite terms what you want will make you a better artist, because it'll give you a much clearer idea of what needs to be done to achieve that result.

Agreed, but my vision is much more than an explanation that I could give. I'm not good with explaining directions nor describing something precisely.

But I do agree with you.
I shall work on this.

I'm happy to help, I just wish I could help you more. Maybe someone here has some more experience with what you're doing

You want a sepia-toned image, with a special edges pack (probably bleed edges or burned/singed edges), and also some dust wouldn't hurt either.

There are Photoshop plug-ins that will do all or some of this automatically.

Ahhh, the joys of google searches... I tried "old-timey photos how to photoshop"

Most photoshop file types will not work in PSP.
