Hey, Post all of your Apple boxes (iBoxes?). I don't have that many so I'll post later, but i'd love to see other people's.

Doesn't anyone have any? Come on, people!

Well you didn't post yours either, so why make a topic unless you are able to contribute?

You're posting at a time where the majority of MacRumors Users are either at work (in the UK), or asleep (in the USA), and you only gave people 4 hours, seriously, be more patient...

The big boxes (and a couple of smaller ones) are in the loft. So here are some of the boxes:

Do people really put boxes on display? Granted, I've kept all of my boxes just in case I sell some of my older Apple stuff, but I would never put them on display. It looks messy, imo. It's like walking into a living room and seeing an HDTV box sitting beside the actual television--unnecessary.

but apple boxes look almost as cool as the product inside it..

i think they make pretty good display things.

To each its own, I guess.

Apple has great packaging but I wouldn't substitute a nice mantle piece for an empty box. I'm not that devoted to Apple.

I keep all my boxes for when I go to sell the products. Of course, I'm not at home right now, so I can't post them.

All my boxes are in storage. Most of the accessories I buy, I just throw away the box but I keep the boxes for my computers for travel and resell. Only box I have that I don't have the product anymore is the box to my 1st Gen iPod. It doesn't even say the iPod capacity because they only made one size, 5gig.

MacEleven: Hahaha, I can just imagine people behind you at the shop wanting to buy an iPhone 3G, when you walk out with a trolley full and the attendant telling them that there's none left.

But in all seriousness...
well done, my friend.
You sir, rule.

Clearly not, buying that many iPhones would have to be hiding some sort of emotional problem.

Gah, I'd forgotten how huge the G5 boxes were. We took delivery of about ten of those about five years back and I got the task of having to set them up. Sheesh it was a pain to haul those boxes around. They're still running strong.

...here's wishin' I could find just the box for a 2.33 17" MBP.

I first fell in love with Apple packaging when I saw a PowerMac delivered (NIB) to the local newspaper. Each side of the box had a print of that specific side of the computer so you knew exactly how to unpack it. It was love at first sight :apple:
