My little arrow icons have disappeared and turned into empty square boxes which disappear after a minute or two, and then come and go. And Spy is taking a long time to fully load even incompletely.

Anyone else?

Yes. I was also having issues loading avatars earlier today. Perhaps the image server is acting up?

Yeah, it was/is - the hard drive is failing and it went down completely for a few hours over-night. I moved things over to another server earlier today.
