Well, that's not a very difficult prediction. As you can see (http://quake.usgs.gov/recenteqs/), we've had a few already this month.

Care to be a bit more specific? Perhaps a minimum number on the Richter scale? I'm guessing by your reference to "the one", you're expecting something bigger than a 6?

Oh my bad. It will defiantly get media attention. I know there are earthquakes every day and a majority go unnoticed, but this one will be big, and do damage. It will be a wake up call. More than likely in the 5+ range, easily 6.
