I need help/advice:
Does anyone have a generic Permission/Authorization of photo use form?
I have an opportunity to sell some of my photos to a business and would like to know if anyone has seen a generic permission form for the use of certain photos. I'm weary of this guy because he wants hi-res for a PP presentation, so I need to protect my photos before they end up on brochures or web sites, etc. Before I release the photos I'd like to have a form in place. If there isn't a generic form, what items should I not overlook in creating one of my own?
