Torx T8 screwdriver I found here: http://www.ifixit.com/Apple-Parts/T8-Torx-Screwdriver/IF145-003

Do I need anything else for this operation?

You'll need a #0 Phillips Screwdriver to remove the RAM Door.

I believe that you need a Torx T6 (not T8) to remove the 4 HDD stabilizer/spacer screws. I've got an entire set of Torx screwdrivers, so I don't remember exactly which one I used, but I'm pretty sure it was the T6 not the T8.

Per this guide it says T8. http://www.macinstruct.com/node/130

You might as well get a set of precision screwdrivers.. you'll need them eventually and this way you won't worry about not having the right tool.

This is a guide for the older plastic case Macbooks. If that is the machine you have, then you are right. For the unibody Al Macbooks, I believe you need a T6. The HD mounting on the machines is completely different.

For the alumMB, actually smaller--#00

And those funky bumper screws take a torx 6.
