View Full Version : How do you make an old iphone into an ipod touch?

After restoring it, it sits there at the multilingual emergency call screen. I just want this old iPhone to basically be an ipod touch. Any way to get around this?

Ok so basically just put the pwned software on it, and it will boot up?

yep as long as activate phone is selected when u pwn....
y dont u just pop a simcard in it and then its a phone too :S

What do you mean? You want to use it for everything but the phone part? :confused:

If that's the case, then just go to settings and put it in airplane mode and then re-enable wi-fi. At that point the iPhone will basically be an iPod Touch.

The phone isn't activated, so thats not possible.
