i got this iphone last week...its not officially launched in my country and when ever i connect my iphone i get this error ???????????

my phone is working perfectly but it only when i try to sync any help???

More details please? If it isn't released in your country I am going to guess it is an unlocked first generation?

its iphone 3G 8GB....i managed to update using application called "AppTappInstaller" and now it says only "emergency calls"
