Looking for a OSX comp. for building and home design.

I've been looking but most of ones I found are either for OS 9 or over a grand.

I'm wanting to design my own building for my future business. I also want to redesign my current home as well.

I'm looking for these features:

3D design of building or home.
3D walk throughs or something similar.
landscape design.
Blueprint thats printable.

If you want to be doing this professionally, you are going to have to shell out the big dollars to make great designs quickly and easily. Plus those programs have the wall though stuff that you want, where the less you pay the less you get.

VectorWorks baby! I don't know about the other ones, but VW imports/exports .dwg files which can come in handy.
