Cannot Install ITune Store Apps From My Wife's PC

Hi,

I was trying to install Apps for my wife using her PC. IPhone can be connected and sync information like contacts but I cannot install Apps from ITune Store - an error like "I am not authorized to use this PC" appears.

I signed in using my account though because she does not have an Apple ID. Is this the reason why I cannot install Apps for my wife?
