I don't think there are any games for .99¢, the lowest price developers can charge is $0.99 or 99¢, there aren't any for under a penny.

Actually, they can choose to put it up in the store for free which qualifies as under a penny.

To the OP: I can't think of any right now but if I do, I'll let you know. The problem with this is sometimes the developers will hold sales and the games will be for $0.99 but then go back up in price which skews things a bit. Plus I don't know what sort of games you're looking for.

Thx arn but I have looked at those and they don't seem to be my cup of tea. I do have 2079 though which I got free because of black Friday. But my real question is if wave blazer is any good? 99 cents seems like a steal to me, but I want to be sure.

If the game is free, then the developer isn't charging anything. Thus, the lowest amount they can charge is 99¢, which is 100 times that which the OP wants to pay. Point is, there are no 1 cent games.

My favorite 99¢ games:
Chopper (http://appshopper.com/games/chopper)
Motochaser (http://appshopper.com/games/moto-chaser)
Topple (http://appshopper.com/games/topple)
BiiBall 3D (http://appshopper.com/games/biiball-3d)

This may be bias but id vote for Reaction Test (http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=295606157&mt=8) if your looking for something casual to play. No epic story line or anything but it is addictive

Fair enough ;)

I think what I was trying to say in my own awkward way was that there are games that are free and therefore under 99 cents but you're right that there's no in between free and $0.99 which might as well be a very good thing, given the pricing craziness with the app store.

imho

You are missing out if you don't get Zombie Attack! which is 99cents.
It is hands down the most impressive 99cents game from the makers of Toy Bot.

I love Topple (the faces are so funny :)), it's the best .99 cent game for me.

Subway Shuffle is 99 cents I think. I may have gotten it on sale though. It's a maze/puzzle kind of game. Simple yet fun. UPDATE- Subway Shuffle is $2.99, but I got it a while back so I think the price went up... Sorry...

Koi Pond, though not exactly a game, is pretty cool too.

Some of the Pangea Software games are still on sale for 99 cents as well. It's Nanosaur 2 and Bugdom 2 that are still 99cents.
