Hey guys, I want my mac mail to defalut to safari not IE. Where can i change that.

go into safari. open up the preferences. in the "general" tab choose safari as your default browser. done and done.

Ha, great thanks. That seems sort of weird to me that Safari would not default to it's self. Why would it not be a option in the mail either? thanks again it work great!

it won't be an option in mail because it's a system wide thing... ie, the default browser

that said, it used to be in the sys prefs in the "internet" tab. which is now gone with panther... not sure why, as that is more logical to me

i guess this way they kinda "force" you to use safari if for nothing else to change the preference. though i'd guess that within the other browsers you'd find the same option...
