How to share a FCE project with a Windows PC?

I've created some files in FCE, which are in Apple Intermediate Codec, and I want to share them with someone else at work which has a PC with Sony Vegas Platinum.

Now, which format should I use? He isn't going to further edit the video much, just going to add this video to a timeline he has in Sony Vegas. And I understand I should give it to him in a delivery format, right?

if it's SD, a DV stream would work. Mixing codecs is tricky. Do some R&D and read about codecs that both FCE and Vegas can use.
