A Nice Sub $200 Camera

Call me crazy, but I am looking for a nice Sub $200 camera that can do HDR. If that is impossible, then I am just looking for the best camera that is around $100, I'm not a picture nut, I'm actually just a teenager, but I would like a good digital video camera. I've thought of getting the Kodak Zi6, but I don't know how good of a picture camera that is...
