Need to Get 7 Shorts On One DVD

OK, so I have 7 separate 1-5 minute short films that I need to rip from their DVD's and put onto one, preferably with a menu.

How can I do this? The DVD's were all made in iDVD and contain my own shorts. I am making a compilation disk.

Use handbrake (http://handbrake.fr/) or MPEG Steamclip (http://www.squared5.com/) (both free) to rip the DVDs into video files and burn them onto a new DVD using iDVD.

I'm getting an error message saying the iDVD burned shorts are encrypted...any ideas?

What program are you using when you get that message?
