Parallels or Fusion???

Ok, I am only going to use windows, so i can use Visual Studio on it.. nothing else.. I like a thing in Fusion called unity, does parallel have something similar? which one takes less resources/ram...
And i know most of you prefer Xcode, but I'm taking C# right now and there is no support for than in Xcode....
