iDisk not working at work

My iDisk works fine at home and everywhere else I've tried.

However at work, iDisk and Back to my Mac does not work.

I'm wondering what port iDisk uses as I'm sure its blocked at work by their firewall.

I've searched the net and have not been able to find any info.
