New hard drive and itunes

My hard drive died and along with it my itunes and music. I have all my music on my itouch. I had a new hard drive installed and I downloaded a new itunes onto my PC. How do I get the music from my itouch into itunes? When I connect it itunes says it will erase everything on my itouch if I sync them. Thanks
