ATV won't remember wireless password

Hello. I have to re-enter the wireless password every time I turn it on from standby. This is my second ATV after I returned the first for the same problem so I now know that it's my problem. I have a Time Capsule and the ATV software is running 2.3. No hacks/boxee (yet). Any ideas? Could it be my airport settings? My macbook and iphone have had no problems with wireless. I'm just going to keep it on tonight and see how that goes.
