Barack Obama's inauguration committee released a list of donors Friday who have contributed or raised money to fund his four-day inauguration celebration. Among those giving the $50,000 maximum: actress Halle Berry, actor Jamie Foxx, financier George Soros, and Hollywood director Robert Zemeckis. The searchable database can be found here (http://www.pic2009.org/page/content/donors/), and Andy Barr has more on the database here (http://www.politico.com/news/stories/1208/16532.html).

The inauguration committee for President-elect Barack Obama unveiled a new Web tool Friday that is designed to make it easier to track donations for his Inauguration fund.
The tool, activated on the Inauguration website, places donor and bundler information in a searchable database, shining some light on what so far has been a somewhat murky fundraising effort.
“From the beginning, we've said we're going to plan the most open and accessible inauguration in history and that includes using 21st century technology to give the American people access to information about donors to our committee,” Presidential Inaugural Committee Co-Chairwoman Penny Pritzker said in a release.
Obama has voluntarily capped the amount donors can contribute to the inauguration at $50,000, a fifth of the limit George W. Bush set for his inauguration in 2000, but still much greater than the amount that can be donated to campaigns, set by law at $2,500, or to the transition, set by Obama at $5,000. Bundler donation to the inaugural fund are capped at $300,000.
Donors will have their full names, employers and hometowns listed and searchable. Donors who contribute less than $200 will not be publicly listed — the same standard used in Obama’s campaign.
