Just wondering...Could I play youtube videos using the AV cable, or would only normal movies/tv shows work?

Also just double checking/wondering: Does the cable work with both sd and hd tvs?

1. Yes, every type of media will go through.

2. I don't see why not, never tried it though.

Just called the Apple Store, checking if I would be able to play YouTube live videos through the AV cable. The answer was NO. Has anybody tried it? That would be the only reason to buy the 50 dollar cable for me. Input is appreciated.
