Can Someone Please Make a Playstation Network APP?

Ive seen the xbox live app. It tells you friends online your achievements ETC... I was wondering if someone could make one for the PSN. Thanks in advance.

That is quite an order really. Now I'm not programmer, but I seriously doubt it's that easy to just ask and receive. Would you like it to be free as well?

Would you be willing to fund the development of such an app? Of course, as the owner of the app, you could keep all the profits as well.
