Getting redirected after adding credit card :S

Hello I have a big problem. I recently made an iTunes account and when I tried to add my credit card, it kept giving me error message #3921 and it was redirecting me here

http://ituners.com/ (http://itunes.9hz.com/)

Can somebody please take a look at this and tell me what this means? I'm really confused and im getting frustrated.

Definitely a pishing scam. DO NOT provide any information. What URL is redirecting you here?

Also, where did you download your copy of iTunes to set it up? If it was from anywhere else other than www.apple.com/itunes/download I would probably uninstall/reinstall the thing, it should only take maybe about 15 minutes.
