So I have a ton of .flac files I wanted to convert to AIFF through AudialHub, for some reason it will convert anything else but not the .FLAC. Has anyone else encountered this?

Duff-Man says.....just use xACT (http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/14246/xact) - it does the job quickly and cleanly, and it's free....oh yeah!

xACT has one of the coolest icons like ever! http://www.macupdate.com/images/icons/14246.png
I use Switch (http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/20436/switch-file-format-converter) myself.

AudialHub sucks big time! Furthermore, it's out of development!!!
Switch to Max (http://sbooth.org/Max/) or XLD (http://tmkk.hp.infoseek.co.jp/xld/index_e.html)!!!
They are both really great and free.
I can really recommend XLD for your CD ripping and Max for the rest (transcoding)!

And don't forget Tag in case you need to change them plus I like Name Mangler for the file renaming.
