Help! iPod wont sync!!

Dont know why but my iPod Touch is not syncing for some reason.

OK, my iPod was flat so I plugged it into my comp. It synced alright when I did this. I shut down iTunes to let it charge, then about an hour later I converted some videos and put them into iTunes. This time it seemed to freeze while syncing. I soon got a message saying something like 'cannot read written memory'.

So I restarted my comp and right now iTunes doesnt seem to recognize my iPod when i plug it in..:(

Can anyone help?

Just had a look at my Touch. Noticed most of my apps werent starting up properly and that all my album art were missing. So i decided to turn it off and on again.

Now its stuck on the 'connect to iTunes screen' and my computer doesnt seem to recognize it when i plug it in...**** **** ****.

I only bought this a few days ago...:mad:

Try a reset? Hold down Sleep/Wake button and Home Button simultaneously until the apple logo comes up.

I've did that but its still stuck on the apple/'connect to iTunes' screen.
