Formatting Time Machine back-up HD: which format?

I'm formatting my back-up HD to use with time machine .... which format should I select?
 
Time Machine will usually reformat for you if your drive is in the wrong format, so I wouldn't worry about it, unless you already have stuff on the drive. If you're worried then go with the above post.
