I must be a dunce: ATC 2.3 video playlists?

I'm 99.99% sure I read that the 2.3 update added video playlists. But, I can't figure out how to access them on the ATV... what am I doing wrong? I have a playlist syncing to the ATV but I don't see it anywhere...

I found that thread while I was searching for an answer but I don't see any playlist option in the ATV settings menu??:confused:
