Cant shop on the internet

Hi can anyone help, I am trying to shop on the internet but websites reject my card details saying your card is not valid. but when i use the wife's PC laptop (usint the same wireless connection) it's fine.

Can anyone help, checked firewall settings ETC, but nothing i can suss out.

We need more information to help you. What kind of Mac? What version of OSx? What Browser and version? What site in particular?
