Hi guys! Well i bought a mac mini really cheap off ebay. Its a 1.25ghz with 1gig ram and i think a 9200 graphic card. I want to buy a Dell S2309W 23" Hd Widescreen. http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/products/Displays/productdetail.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=dhs&cs=19&sku=320-7339

Would this work with the mac mini that i have or would it be a waste. Its a sweet screen. Oh yeah i forgot to mention the mac mini comes with leopard installed. So what do you think? Thanks for the help!

Every Mac made with a display has an HD screen. 720p is considered HD, and I think the MacBooks are 13xx by 768. In other words, 720p.

Most 20-23" monitors top out with a 1680x1050 resolution. Still HD.

The best you'll find on most monitors is 1920x1200, which is the computer format for what TVs call 1080p. Those TVs are 1920x1080. Computer screens are slightly taller (for reasons I don't get).

I've heard good things about Dells. Hard to go wrong with ViewSonic or Samsung as well.
