WTT: unused Pro Keyboard for new style keyboard

I have an unused Apple Pro Keyboard with white keys. It's never been unwrapped, in its plastic covering, and in its original retail box.

I want to trade it for a new, unused Apple Keyboard.

There must be people out there who prefer the rounded Apple Pro Keyboard over the new rectangular Apple Keyboard. Maybe you bought a new Mac, continued using your old Pro Keyboard, and left the new one in its box.

I bought this keyboard last year thinking I'd buy the keycaps with Final Cut Pro commands on them. I never ended up getting the keycaps, and never used the keyboard.

I'd like to do an even trade. If you're in the Chicago area that would be great, so we can each verify the condition of the keyboards we're trading.

So you're looking to get rid of the 2001-2002 pro keyboard with USB slots on the sides right? Clear with white, black keys? If so, I would like to purchase this, I've bee looking for a new one. Sorry I don't have one of the newer ones to trade. I like the older models better than the rectangular one with the ports on the front. Let me know which one you're selling. If it's the new keyboard, sorry for wasting your time. :p

Yes, it's the previous model "Apple Pro Keyboard," and not the current "Apple Keyboard." It's the same style keyboard that previously had the translucent black keys, and for a while was available with both black and white keys, and subsequently with white keys only. The one I have has white keys. The USB ports are on the sides, and not by the USB wire.

As for pricing, my goal is to get a brand-new, new style keyboard, and those cost 49 dollars (or 44 with the education discount) plus tax. The Pro Keyboard's price was $10 higher.

I suppose it would save you the cost of shipping if you just dropped $50 in my PayPal account, compared to going out and buying a new-style keyboard and mailing it to me.

I bought the keyboard I wanted from another MacRumors member (http://forums.macrumors.com/showpost.php?p=1105885&postcount=7).

I still have an unused, still in its cellophane / plastics, in its retail box, brand new white-keys Apple Pro Keyboard.

The price is now $39 shipped.
