What is the best standalone GPS this holiday season for $200 to $300?

iPhone. 😛

But really, TomTom XL330S is pretty sweet. Nice widescreen, voice activated nav, and it does bluetooth for her phone. It retails around $250, I'm sure you can find a good sale. And TomToms are customizable with lots of voicepack downloads.
