Help with reason 4.0

I have the reason 4.0 trial, im trying to test it but every time I use it theres no sound. Does anybody know what may cause this?

have you gone into prefrences and selected the device you want audio to run through? i dont have reason infront of me atm to describe how to do this ion detail sorry. will edit in a while when i do tho

open up reason
go to preferences (or cmd+,)
select audio from the drop down menu
change audio output from no sound to your audio interface or system output (i.e.internal computer speakers)

that should do it.
