how to save my Favorite loops

just dumped into GB my downloaded loops and with Soundtrack Utility made them apple loops
also dumped in JAM PAC's apple loops

now

there is so much repetetive useless crap.
(can i have my 100 dollars back?)

but

what is the recommended process to save my favorite loops in the loop browser?
and possibly rename them so i get a better idea of what it is.
must i go into the Garageband loop folder and create my own
favorite folder and dump them there?
