Thanks for this.
It was about time though, it means they haven't forgot about Pro apps, but seem certainly not giving them enough attention on the updates :o:apple:http://www.seoagora.com/img/459/k08q1024glza/ecstatic.gifhttp://www.seoagora.com/img/589/d08l1104oulu/smiley2.gif

Why do they always recommend these Pro App Updates for Logic users, even though Logic is never mentioned in the release notes?
My install of Logic has developed stability problems since the last Pro App Update, and I'll be installing this one hoping it puts it right. Sometimes I wonder whether they focus all their efforts on making Final Cut better, and we Logic users suffer the unintended consequences!

They just released a pro apps update like a month ago did they not?
I can't wait to see what Final Cut Studio 3 holds with its new shake program built in... "phenomenon" or whatever they are calling it :) Anybody have any info on that?

I'm also running Logic but this update didn't pop up in my software update.

No, in the end this one never appeared for me either - and on the site it requires a Final Cut serial number to download. I think they put in the "recommended for Logic users" bit by mistake.

As far as I am aware there are not even any rumours suggesting Apple will bundle the Shake replacement (it is going to be called Tremor by the way I believe) with FCS yet.

Hasn't fixed the 5-7 lane wide video timeline graphics glitch in FCP that they introduced with 10.5.6!

We pay a big sum of money for the Pro Apps and we have to file a report to Apple to complain when they don't fix something?
