My AppleTV will not sync with my remote =*/

My little sister accidentally held the menu and play button and now the AppleTV cannot find it. What should I do? I cannot move the menu at all. =/

To unpair and repair on apple TV you must do the following

Menu + Previous to unpair remote
Menu + Next to pair remote
