Hello,

I've just done my first shop in iTunes. I purchased a series epidodes.

They have subtitles (english, at least)?

Depends, if you are buying from an English Store, foreign films have English Subtitles (Die Fälscher & Das Leben Anderen come to mind) not sure about TV Series.
 
Yes, I am buying at US Store. I've just bought a episode of Sopranos. I would like to have a subtitle 🙁
