Trying to make custom splash screens for Adobe CS2

So I decided to embark on a little customization of my computer and I ran across some custom splash screens for Office '08 and this got me to thinking of changing the splash screens on some other apps. The problem I'm running into is finding where the splash screens are located in indesign, photoshop etc. I found the Illustrator one, changed it and it looks pretty good I think (I'll attach a pic of it for anyone that wants to see). Does anyone know how to find these splash screens?

So, I found the one for Photoshop! Yay! Here's where I found it:

It's a bit daunting, especially for such a trivial thing, but it's fun.

Now if I can only find Indesign and Acrobat.
