No signal from AEBS

I've been trying to set up an AEBS and it tells me everythings working fine but none of my computers are able to see it wirlessly also if i unplug the ethernet from it then it stops working all together. any one know how to solve this

Well have your ethernet connected to your AEBS and your modem, then unplug the power cord from your modem from the power outlet and re-plug it back in and see if that solve the problem.
