iOS Possible to convert a webapp to a real app?

I'm new to this - i've made a site with an iphone webapp site with some css i found on the net - scrolling menus, etc. I have resisted as a dev but don't have a mac so can't run the sdk

My question:

is there a way to port this into an app or would i have to create one by scratch?

thanks for that idea. I actually wanted to install the database on the iphone - not get anything from the net but it looks like the SDK is the way to go!
