The article links to an article in the Independent (http://news.independent.co.uk/uk/legal/story.jsp?story=495167) which says that "Due to be introduced imminently in Britain, the iTunes service will charge customers 62p per song for downloading pre-recorded music onto its iPod digital music player".

Have we seen these details before?

Why do I want to see a silhouette of that judge, dancing in one of those brightly-colored iPod commercials? :p
