I set up an address book entry for my mom, and her name shows up in my local address book as "Mom". But when I get an email from her, it shows up as her full name, which is how she set up her outgoing mail. That I can understand, although I wish Mail would recognize that I want to display "Mom" instead of her full name.
Here's the weird part. MobileMe, on the web, DOES display "Mom" on all email from her, even after I sync. Not sure how that can qualify as synced...
I have checked and double checked...I only have one address book entry for her, called "Mom". There is no address book entry for her full name.
How can I get the cloud and my local mail on the same page? I thought that's what I was paying for?
