Apple has even gone ahead an made a Holiday App list but what happens after xmas? Do they fade away to the back of the list or should they be archived until next year?

I would imagine they'll get replaced by Valentine's Day, St Patrick's Day, Easter, 4th of July, and other Holiday Apps?

They stick around and be outdated until next year like all the widgets in the Dashboard download section.

They're obsolete and useless. President Obama will be canceling xmas next year as the US will be broke. :(

Apple (http://applecanceledchristmas.com/) seems to have preempted him...

They'll all be available on the iTunes Dubai and iTunes Beijing stores...

They will still be around, as are the Halloween and thanksgiving apps right now.

That would be nice but I think they will end up sticking around and going to the back of the list. It seems that they need a category of their own. as well as a silly apps category, flatulence, toys, etc.
Speaking of seasonal apps, shall I make a pickup artist app for valentines day?

I think something is clear here...
Apple needs to do something involving this problem, otherwise, soon the App Store will have over 100,000 apps. Now, as great as that is for business and choice, that would be ridiculous to search and look through on your iPhone, and even iTunes on your comp. Thoughts?

The holiday apps will updated themselves to fit the next holidays, and also for some special occations.
I got the christmas camera in my iphone, and it updated its frames for newyear and birthday stuff.
So, I would say, the seasonal apps will still last and it's not useless when you do need something to cheer up.

I can guarantee that anyone who makes an app that sends out personalized V-day cards will make a lot of money.
We need a holiday app category/dump.
