I was at an XMas party tonight and some girl had an iPhone and was recording video of someone playing drums. I asked her if it was jailbroken and she said no but I forgot the name of the app.

Anyone know anything about that?

I guess her dad/mom lied to her than b/c she said it wasn't jailbroken. I was getting kinda upset though that she could do that b/c that is one major feature that this phone lacks.

It's jailbroken, the official SDK does not allow for such feature. If it did, developers would be all over it!

Cycorder is the best made app that I have, its a shame that the SDK doesn't allow it in the app store as it is the only reason I jailbreak.

+1 ^^^ And YES, the OP was being told a fib; or maybe the girl doesn't understand the difference between JB & Unlocked...:eek:

I agree. I bet she doesn't understand the difference. The SDK clearly prevents this functionality so it has to be a JB phone.
