Whats involved in having an App store app made?

Right, my company is launching a new website in '09 - and I think it wouls be helpful for business if we had an iPhone/iTouch application made to go along with the website

So my questions
1. Who do I approach to make such a thing
2. How much on average should it cost me
3. How do I get it onto the app store
4. How do I get the revenue from it (prob be a 0.99c one)

1. Someone with access to the iPhone SDK.
2. Depends on how much they want or how much you're willing to pay to do it yourself.
3. Get it approved by Apple.
4. Apple will deal with that.
