I got my girlfriend an iPhone for Christmas and she is loving the apps store. Via a search here I found out about Beejive which SUPER cool for IM. For those that don't know, with Beejive you can turn your iPhone sideways and you get a nice wide keyboard that is easier to type with.
What other apps are your top favorites to check out?

rolando is awesome. seems childish at first, but once you understand it, it's a awesome game.
i have egnigmo... meh got it when it was $10 and i rarely play it. it just isn't fun...
fieldrunners is okay. it costs $5, but tap defense is free, and i think it's great. i just got fieldrunners today though, so meh.
super monkey ball is alright, but i beat it. also bought that when it was $10.
price is right is fun. bought it when it was $5, but i think it's $3 now.
flick fishing is cool. for only $1. playing with other people that have an iPhone is really cool.
just some of the ones that i've bought. no reason to mention free apps because you can try them yourself.

Truly sorry, I did do a search of this forum (iPhone) and didn't come up with anything. I am sure I didn't come up with anything because I didn't see the App Store forum. If you look several post up you will see I found it asked for the thread to be moved (or merged).

If you need a thread moved, use the "report post" button below your name to the left of the post :) (A little triangle with a ! in it).
Edit: Also, for better searching, you should use Mroogle (http://mroogle.edesignuk.com/), a special google search to search through Macrumors. Much better than the built-in search on the website.

Hey Ryan, thanks for that tip, PassPhrase looks great!
I have loaded her phone with about 25 apps now so she will be BUSY for a few weeks playing :)
Zincous, if you see a blonde in a Mini Cooper glued to her iPhone, you should know you are responsible for her being addicted to Trism ;).
