Duff-Man says....when joining a forum it is always a good idea to read the forum rules (http://guides.macrumors.com/Help:Forum_Rules) which would have pointed you to the Marketplace rules (http://guides.macrumors.com/Help:Marketplace_Rules)....oh yeah!

Well, sure, he can't sell out here, but can't we tell him a good price anyway?

Or make up something incredibly outlandish? :p

It's worth $250 and a box of macaroons.

I'm thinking of buying one - what would you sell it for?

I think you'll have a hard time selling it for anything reasonable right now. MW is just over a week away and serious lookers will be waiting to see what comes out.

DVwarehouse.com lists a similar spec machine at $1900 which seems like a lot when Apple refurbs go for $2100 for a 4 core 2.8 of the current generation. Those prices will get pushed down if Apple refreshes their MP line up.

If you want to sell now, I would ask for less than $1900.
