Bike Mount

I am after bike mount for my iphone so i can have a odometer and timer etc (via Run Keeper)

I was wondering if anyone have one of these (http://www.welovemacs.com/cc005ip.html)

Does it fit the phone tightly and securely? does it scratch the phone as it goes in and out? how much force is needer to remove the phone from the cradle?
